Dallas City Council Approves Contracts Aimed at Reopening Economy

Dallas City Council members approved two contracts on Wednesday aimed at helping the city's economy reopen.

One contract helps provide more testing and another would check people's temperatures before entering high volume city facilities. The city approved a nearly $900,000 contract to purchase 100 kiosks that would take people's temperatures through touch-free technology.
